A Missouri state licensed massage therapist, Sam specializes in Active Isolated Stretching and strengthening (A.I.S.) he has attened both beginning and advanced a.i.s. seminars and has studied directly with the originator of A.I.S., Aaron Mattes at the Mattes clinic in Sarasota Florida.

Sam continues to study A.I.S. independently with instructor-level practitioners in order to refine his skills.
